Where Music, Art, & People Meet. The ArtsPark at Young Circle is located in a 10-acre circle named after the City's founder, Joseph W. Young at US 1 and Hollywood Boulevard in Downtown Hollywood. Dedicated in March 2007, the ArtsPark offers residents and visitors a wide array of visual and performing arts themed educational, recreational, and entertainment activities.

The redevelopment of the park was funded by the City of Hollywood with assistance from Broward County through the Broward Country Board of County Commissioners using proceeds from the 2000 Broward County Safe Parks and Land Preservation Bond Issue.
