Learn to live a happier life and improve your well being through Mindfulness Meditation! Every Saturday morning at 8:30am, sitting at 8:45, you will be learning and practicing Anapana meditation, or meditation on the breath, which is the first step to Viapassana, insight meditation.
Dedicated practices have proven to be beneficial to:

Reduce rumination, Stress relelief, Improve focus, Improve memory, lessen emotional reactivity and increase cognitive flexibilty. The actual sitting begins at 8:45 so please arrive a few minutes earlier to avoid disturbing the session.
Please bring your own meditation cushion.
